The Several Opinions on Further Deepen the Reform of Electric Power System,which was agreed principally on the executive meeting of State Council on December 2014,means the begin of a new round of reform on Electric Power System,while it also means the overlord status of power grid will be shaken again.In this environment of Economic Restructure,the inner and outer environment enterprises fact brings grim challenges to old management ways.What's more,higher requirements are put forward by the differential needs to power system planning,power grid management and Power retail Customer service from customers.Especially on Power retail Customer service,people's legal consciousness are gradually improving along with the improvement of China's legal environment,so they want the power grid to Provide service which is more transparent,more human and more efficient.About the quality of power supply,people also put forward higher requirements on the reliability of power supply,voltage fluctuation and frequency.In this background,as a traditional Power grid enterprise,company S has to improve its level of management to deal with a series of challenges and then succeed in the transformation of management thought,so it can adapt to the changes in the market.In improving their management ideas,lean management thinking becomes an effective tool for company S to Change management ideas and the Out-dated management methods.Therefore,company S put lean management ideas actively into the enterprise management philosophy,makes active changes from strategy to enterprise's foundational management top-down,which will help it adapt to rapid changes in internal and external environment,and at the same time meet customer needs.On the basic of theoretical analysis,this paper analyzes the feasibility and necessity of introducing the idea of lean management for company S,first learn method of the application of lean management from other grid companies,then build the theory base for using lean thinking to improve the management in company S.After finishing the above analysis,the paper makes a research and Carding on the experience and practice of other power grid enterprises in applying lean management.On the basic of referring to application of lean management methods in other grid enterprise,the paper constructs the implementation model of company S,then discusses the model detailedly and systematically.Finally,taking the implying of lean management in Substation Operation and Maintenance as an example to verify the practicability of the implementation model,and this example achieved the desired effect,illustrating the application of lean management in power grid enterprise is feasible and worthy of promotion...
