Research On The Fresh Agriculture Products Logistics Distribution Center Of Chain Catering Enterprises

Catering chain enterprises take the standardized management as the development superiority with the rapid development of catering chain enterprises in China.The role of the logistics distribution center in catering chain enterprises has become increasingly evident in the case of expanding its size.More and more consumers began to propose higher requirements on the freshness,safety and nutrition of food ingredients.Therefore,catering chain enterprises put increasingly emphasis on fresh agricultural products logistics and distribution.This study analyzes the location of logistics distribution center from the aspects of timeliness and cost,taking catering chain enterprises as the entry point.The objectives,principles and specific influencing factors of the location of fresh agricultural products logistics distribution center are analyzed in detail based on the connotation and characteristics of fresh agricultural products logistics distribution center of catering chain enterprises.Meanwhile,this study proposes the combined method of system clustering,center of gravity method and intuition fuzzy hierarchy analysis method after comparing several common distribution center location methods,in ensuring the premise of the timeliness of the fresh agricultural products under considering other factors such as the cost to carry on the multi node distribution center location of the fresh agricultural products in catering chain enterprises.The method of cluster analysis is used to divided the chain stores,which will be divided into different sub regions according to the actual needs of the catering chain enterprises.The primary address of each sub regional distribution center is determined by center of gravity method,and adjusted to alternative address for logistics distribution center with the actual situation of the primary address.The final address is determined,using the IFAHP to conduct empirical evaluation of alternative address.The feasibility of the method is verified,taking the A catering chain enterprises as an example.
