Research On The Location Of Fresh Agricultural Product Cold Chain Logistics Distribution Center

With the improvement of living standards, people put forward higher request for the freshness and quality of fresh agricultural products, so that the development of fresh agricultural product cold chain logistics ushered in the unprecedented opportunities and challenges. The related policies put forward clearly to strengthen the infrastructure constructions of fresh agricultural product cold chain logistics including the distribution centers. The location decision of fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics distribution center plays a key role in its subsequent operations and services. Therefore, in view of the reality demand and policy guidance, research on the location of fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics distribution center is of great importance.This paper first analyzed and summarized the research results at home and abroad and the basic theories related to fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics distribution center location. By comparing the pros and cons of different location methods and their applicable conditions, combined with the characteristics of fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics distribution center location, the Entropy Weight-ANP Method was used for modeling in the subject. Second, through the comprehensive analysis of location influence factors and referring to the related theory and research experience, the 15 evaluation indexes were chosen from four aspects, such as the economic benefits, the service ability, the social efficiency and the environmental benefit, so that the evaluation index system of fresh agricultural product cold chain logistics distribution center location was constructed. Then, the model of fresh agricultural product cold chain logistics distribution center location was established based on the Entropy Weight-ANP Method whose solving process was analyzed and explained. Finally, with the case study of Xi’an, the model was applied to solve the location of the Xi’an fresh agricultural product cold chain logistics distribution center, which was carried on with the Super Decisions to select the best scheme.This paper researched on the problem of fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics distribution center location, enriched the research content of distribution center location, and provided a reference basis for the location planning of Xi’an fresh agricultural product cold chain logistics distribution center. So it has important theoretical and realistic significance.
