With the fast development of China’s economy,the total investment assets of China’s private wealth market continue to maintain rapid growth as well as the high net wo rth population.The demand for asset management of wealthy classes keeps rising,whic h provides a solid foundation for the development of asset management industry.The policy environment of asset management industry has dramatically changed, and the s eparated business barriers are broken,so different financial institutions begin to open u p and expand business on asset management.Securities firms and insurance companie s are allowed to start public offering business,meanwhile the powerful enterprises also join the asset management which includes product design,investment management an d marketing.This article through to the basic situation and JFC asset management business development were analyzed, and the mining demonstrates the problems existing in the business, The advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the business development of JFC Asset Management Co are analyzed by using the SWOT analysis tool, and then the conclusion is drawn:(1) To establish the Internet online introduction of private equity funds platform;(2)The fund sales institutions entrusted outsourcing fund sales;(3)To develop specific customer asset management business;(4) To participate in the asset securitization;(5)Taking advantage of the international branch to carry out overseas investment business. Five business development strategy is feasible, and by the implementation of the five business development strategy can not only solve the JFC asset management problems that exist in the company’s business, also can make its business development on a new step. Finally to JFC company implemented under the premise of do business strategy is discussed.
