With the continuous development of China’s economic and social development,the living standard of the people has been rising and the number of high net worth individuals has increased,which provides new opportunities for the development of private banking business in China’s commercial Banks.Our country commercial bank more and more attention to the development of private banking,private banking business as a commercial bank business development of a new profit growth point,private banking has become an important part of our country commercial bank business.However,compared with foreign private banking,private banking business in China started late,many problems still exist,such as product homogeneity phenomenon serious,lack of innovation ability,lack of professional personnel,financial and imperfect laws and regulations,etc.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to strengthen the study of the problems of private banking in our country and to improve the overall level of private banking.The private banking business of N sub-branch of P Bank is taken as the study object in the paper,using literature study,investigation,analysis,comparison analysis method,and many other research methods,based on private banking related concepts and theories as the research basis,on the bank of P,N current situation of the development of private banking system,of citigroup,ubs,HSBC and other foreign and China merchants bank,dalian branch,industrial and commercial bank of ningbo branch Banks at home and abroad such as paper summarizes the development experience of the private banking business.On this basis,put forward to promote the development of the bank of P,N private banking countermeasures: first,broadening the channels for private banking clients source,accelerate private banking product innovation.Design diversity and personalized products.Second,increase the talent pool of private Banks.Cultivating talents;Introducing talents;Retaining talent.Third,improve the risk control of private banking.Improve the structure of private banking risk management and control;Improve the risk control ability of customers;Establish a risk assessment system for private Banks.
