A Study Of The Comprehensive Traffic Management Of Old Residential Community In Hangzhou

With the rapid development of social economy and growing urban scale of Hangzhou,the number of cars in urban families increases sharply, and traffic conflicts is beginning to gradually prominent in urban areas. The phenomenon of vehicles parked chaos,misplacing and occupying fire passage in residential areas especially old residential communities, has been a very big impact on residential area of the living environment and travel environment and security, which has become a prominent problem of restricting urban efficiency and affecting the quality of life. Solve the private car into the family arising from traffic has become a huge challenge of urban management.This paper takes comprehensive traffic management of old residential community in Hangzhou as the research object. On the foundations of instant analysis and investigations,combining the research of the domestic and international relevant theory, the paper analyzes the traffic supply and demand of the old residential community, probes into the traffic problems and primary reasons from lack of parking, parking confusion, difficulty in driving problems and potential safety hazards. Then, selects a typical example to analysis,and puts forward measures and suggestions of traffic management: Through deepening reform and innovation, using the hardware facilities to promote the service awareness,using traffic management to promote environmental comprehensive, playing sub-district's leading role in the management of old residential community, establishing sustainable regional governance mechanism for long-term management, realizing the important transformation from traffic management to social governance, to improve the regional traffic environment, and achieve " parking incremental, traffic orderly, environmental beautification, management promotion " in old residential community.
