With China's rapid economic development, the influx of international capital in China, rapid growth in number of foreign-enterprises, including some of small and medium foreign enterprises which have high reputation. Except the employees facing the pressure of economic-marketing competition while suffering from intense working, also under the impact of cultural differences between Chinese and Western within the enterprises. Employees whether benefit from Psychological Capital Appreciation projects regularly to release the working-place pressure, to strengthen work enthusiasm, enhance psychological state, improve team cohesion, is the demand of human resources management.The T company, a small and medium foreign company in China, were chosen as research subject in this paper. Firstly, the systematic survey, analysis and picture psychology test were conducted in terms of work, life and health status among all Chinese employees in T company and the serious problems were found in their psychological stress. Furthermore, the needs status were investigated for employees to introduce EAP in T company. Based on those survey results, EAP implementation plan were designed and a series of EAP service activities were proposed for T company, and evaluate the practical effects after introducing EAP.Finally, the optimization suggestions were proposed for further implementation of EAP project in T company.The EAP plan and service activities proposed in this research are useful for employees' work and life, enhance communication among employees and get their active participation. The reflection results from EAP implementation show to be positive effect. This research is an exploration for EAP applied in small and medium foreign companies in China and provide reference for other similar types companies to improve the psychological support system for employees and human resource management.
