With the development of economic globalization and the increasingly intense ofcompetitive society,people face pressure from all sides which is also growing.Excessive and continuous pressure increase the staff psychological burden,which willlead to serious psychological problems,resulting in that employees of enterprisesdecreased satisfaction seriously affects their physical and mental health and jobperformance, while also reduces organizational performance even hinders social andeconomic development.Employee Assistance Programs as an important means for modern humanresource management has been widely used in Western corporations.Practice hasproved that EAP has become an effective way to help employees solve problems,improve employee relations, improve organizational performance, and reduce rick ofmanagement. In recent years,EAP also is concerned gradually by domestic expertsand scholars, and applied to business management.Organizing the literature,they found that the current domestic and internationalEAP study used for real estate brokerage industry is rare,and that our real estatebrokerage industry status and practitioners are facing tremendous pressure requires usto pay more attention to the real estate brokerage industry.Therefore,this article fromChina’s actual situation,Tianjin A real estate brokerage firm as the study andresearching through field interviews,designs EAP needs questionnaire from a practicalperspective which is combined with questionnaire designing theory.This article usesstratified random sampling method,questionnaires and90valid questionnaires wererecovered.Using SPSS questionnaire reliability and validity of the test, we organizeand analysis the EAP services demand of the staff,it is concluded that the staff ofphysical and mental health,work project needs is urgent,and proposed to meet theneeds of employees hierarchical corporate requirements.On this basis,the paperdesigns a serious of EAP services implementing specific programs for Tianjin Acompany. By preparing for updating enterprise managers’ management concept,accessing to enterprise management support and other appropriate preparatory work,this paper takes the needs analysis,nurtures EAP concept,implements of education andtraining,provides psychological counseling,and conducts impact assessment and othersteps to promote the Tianjin Company A EAP service projects.
