People have to face varieties personal problems or workplace problems, by the enterprise competitiveness increasing. The mental health is worrying, with the rapidly development and social change. Occupational stress, earning status, workplace relations, personal psychological confusion, family crisis, environmental & financial pressures etc. have become the primary factors, badly impact on employees'occupational mental health. Employees will be depressing, lose their enthusiasm for work, absenteeism, late arrive or early leave, even cause job injuries, workplace aggression, suboptimal work productivity, and bad turnover.Nowadays, about 75% of American employers offer EAP as important solution to help staff and their immediate family overcome their personal psychological problems which may have a negative effect on the job performances. EAP is a good benefit and counseling. Today, more and more local Chinese enterprises pay attention to EAP because it not only deals with employee personal confusion concerns and but also improve workplace productivity. The entry and implementation of EAP is meaningful to improve quality of work and life to the local workers, labor relations, upgrade the competitiveness, and to establish harmonious society.This article will introduce the EAP implementation performed by ACWX Co. It will be the summarization of ACWX's EAP. Hope it could be a good reference sample for AC Group Co. to cascade EAP in all the local branch offices and branch companies.This thesis will show you how to implement EAP, to help the employees to improve their quality of life and work performance by providing staff and the enterprise internally caring and various services of psychological and behavioral health, which will realize a win-win result that the enterprise could promote employee productivity and enterprise business competitiveness.
