Chinese is now in the stage of economic transformation. Competitions in career become more and more fierce. Company and its employees are now under the pressure that has never existed. Excessive pressure will not only affect employees' physical and psychological health, but also hamper the growth of enterprise. Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is set by company for employee to solve these problems.In this study, we firstly use the questionnaire and the interview methods to evaluate employees'mental statement and find out what kind of mental health service they are fitted. Then lectures on psychological health, mental health guideline and Psychological Counseling were provided. In addition, advices based on questionnaire and interview were given for company's managers. Finally the whole program was assessed and expected results were obtained.Conclusions drawn from the above research are summarized as follows:1. Employees in this Expressway company is not stressful in their work, Confusions and difficulties in life are the main reasons caused their personal stresses.2. Tollbooth operators are the most stressful worker in this company.3. The mental health guideline is the most popular service in the EAP.
