With the opening reform and social transformation, the entrepreneurial activities of our country becoming increasingly active which has become an indispensable important power to promote economic development and social progress. However, the new enterprises has faced varietal problems in the growth process that due to the lack of capital, technology, talent, information resources and so on. Different from the mature firms, the new enterprises with limited resources and market foundation become a new difficult blocking the enterprises growth. This paper takes part of the new enterprises that xi'an communication industry as the research objects for empirical study. Exploring the social relation network impact the new mechanism of enterprise growth path.This paper research on social networks and enterprise growth, Based on the social relation network and the enterprise growth theory, defined the connotation and characteristics of the new enterprises, analysis the elements and dimensions of new enterprise social relations network. Analysis the evolution of new enterprise social relations network. Eventually determine, six dimensions as the network scale, network centricity, network heterogeneity, relationship strength, relationship stability and reciprocal relationship. For the new enterprise growth mechanism research, divided it into two aspects as new enterprise survival ability and new enterprise growth ability. Analysis the relationship between social relation network to new enterprise growth mechanism, put forward the relevant assumptions and theoretical model. Through questionnaire investigation, interview method to collect new enterprise of xi'an communications industry as effective date 91, Used reliability and validity test, descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis to deal with the date. The conclusions are that network centrality,relationship strength, network heterogeneity and relationship stability have positive influence on new enterprises survival ability and growth ability. Reciprocal relationship partly have positive influence on new enterprises survival ability. The network scale and reciprocal relationship partly have positive influence on new enterprises growth ability. The network scale have no influence on new enterprises survival ability.
