| It always thinks that there are only two manners of resources allocation in the field of economics: market and government. But during 60s of last century, with the research on the social relation network being on the rise, the relation network and social capital are included in explanation category to resource acquisition. Then the social relation network does not only become important visual angle in the field of new economic sociology, but also it is looked as important analysis tool in the field of economics. Whatever in new economic sociology or in economics, and whatever in the west or in our country, the research on resources allocation of the social relation network has always being carried on. The social relation network is regard as one kind"some specific community between the person and person", and it is a three-dimensional staggered space network architecture.The dissertation thinks that the social relation network is the channel of resource flows, and the key to resource allocation is social capital. According to the view, the dissertation use restrictive and cooperative model of social capital to analyze the mechanism of resource allocation of the social relation network. The model tells us how to restrict opportunism behavior and promote cooperation, and people can improve transaction interests and reduce transaction cost by this. Where social capital's function is concerned, the dissertation puts forward social capital's operative space, and ascertain the boundary of the relation network. Then it points out the system arrangement's optimum combination between government and market. Finally, the dissertation discusses the way of system innovation of the social relation network as informal system. It offers that good informal system can turn into formal system by systematization. At the same time, the dissertation puts forward the suggestions on system innovation form three aspects: convention, morality and social culture. |
