The emergence of enterprise social network service (SNS) has made the communication among employees more diversified, efficient and convenient. The literature shows that the enterprise SNS created new value for employees and enterprises, and stabilized the enterprises, and the usage of SNS by employees might influence the employee turnover and performance. In order to verify the conclusion and find the reason for employee turnover and the improve of employee performance, the value of enterprise SNS is researched through analyzing and digging the big data of internal SNS of a communication enterprise. It is found that the use of enterprise SNS can bring the reduction of employee turnover and the improve of employee performance, and individual happiness and potential will be an intermediate variable in the system. |
