Research On Enterprise Knowledge Management Of Low Barrier Cluster Based On Social Relation

With the growing economic globalization, many regional and low barrier clusters of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country are gradually merging into global value chain system. However, being lack of enterprise knowledge management ability, these industrial clusters are facing the embarrassment of decreasing profits, which makes the research on enterprise knowledge management an urgent issue. Maskell supposes that social relation network of cluster promotes the exchange and transfer of information among enterprises and becomes the competitive advantage of knowledge innovation. Therefore, to study how social relation network influences enterprise knowledge management ability is an updated project with modern meanings.As the basis of research, the paper, at first, defines such concepts as social relation network and enterprise knowledge management of low barrier cluster. Besides, by dividing enterprise knowledge management into two processes---knowledge transfer and knowledge innovation, it further analyses the approaches and factors of knowledge transfer as well as the types and features of knowledge innovation in low barrier enterprise clusters and then poses the appraisal criteria of knowledge transfer ability and knowledge innovation ability.The paper explores the formation paths of social relation by cutting entrepreneur social network into three pieces---government relation network, enterprise relation network and staff relation network. It is held that on different occasions, different social relation networks have different effect on enterprise knowledge management. Meanwhile, the content of the major social relation network varies with the character of industrial cluster.Based on the theory of social relation network, this paper studies deeply on the logic connections, interactive mechanism and acting process of entrepreneur social relation network, knowledge transfer and knowledge innovation by combining these three advantages together. It also aims to construct enterprise knowledge management model on the basis of social relation network, discuss pertinent maintenance of social relation network and improve the strategies of knowledge management ability.The gathering of three typical data of low barrier industrial cluster attests abundantly that entrepreneur social network is positive to enterprise knowledge management ability and draws a conclusion that enterprise relation network and staff relation network have an obviously desirable impact on knowledge transfer and innovation ability. But as some scholars emphasize, government relation network or good financial credit relation fail to promote enterprise knowledge management ability.
