The basic goal of staff performance management is to improve the employee performance, improve organizational performance, and finally, realize the organizational strategic goals. Employee performance management is an important approach to increase the organizational competitiveness. As a result, enterprises pay more and more attention on the staff performance management. JY company, as a small and medium-sized private enterprise, with development for more than ten years, belongs to the concrete industry. In 2014, the state regulation of the real estate industry, had caused serious impact to concrete industry. The company tried layoff to lower the cost and improve efficiency, to tide over difficulties.In the process of implementation, it was found that employee performance management level seriously restricts the goal achievement of organization performance due to the previous neglect of basic management; so the company decided to start from the perspective of the employee performance management, hope to improve the employee performance management, and to realize the improvement of organizational performance.This article takes JY company as the research object. With systematical and specific employee performance management theory, conduct deep analysis and research on the employee performance management of the company. Firstly, conduct a comprehensive investigation to JY company management, get a whole comprehension of the company operation condition from the fundamentals, and realize the important meaning of employee performance to the development of the company; carry on a comprehensive combing to the current situation of the staff performance management further, find out the existing problem, and from the five aspects of logic of employee performance management process, that is, performance plans, performance implementation, performance evaluation, performance feedback and performance improvement, and perform root cause analysis. Further, carry on root cause analysis on these five aspects; Finally,using the theory of balanced scorecard and key performance indicators.Finally, from the general targets and rules of JY employee performance management, Specify design idea of JY company employee performance management,improve the JY company performance indicators system,focus on JY company's employee performance management process,safeguards construction of JY company's employee performance management,put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to regulate JY company's staff performance management. It is expected that the research result of this article will help to improve the level of JY company employee performance management, and improve organizational performance, strengthen the organization competitiveness,and promote continuous development of the company; at the same time,provides certain reference significance for the concrete industry enterprises in the actual employee performance management, to establish performance management system suitable for enterprise development.
