Employee career management from the organizational point of view, the staff are engaged in the occupation planning, guidance and control of the process, to achieve organizational goals and personal development objectives of organic combination. Employee career management is one of the important functions of human resource management, good career management employees needed help to attract and retain employees, to fully play its role in achieving a win-win for employees and enterprises.China Mobile Yangzhou branch as the largest telecom operators in Yangzhou, is facing increasingly severe competition situation, the development of its own ability to adapt to the rapid reform of technology and market situation, the advantages of traditional communications industry accumulated in the Internet era is undergoing tremendous transformation pressure; and on the other hand is also facing the plight of the decline in the competitiveness of the upstream and downstream, as well as the relevant Internet industry, IT industry and even weaker financial industry, etc.. In order to attract and retain the enterprise staff, it is urgent to improve the management level of the Yangzhou branch of China Mobile.The thesis collect and analysis a large number of literatures during the phase of design and research,this provde the theoretical foundation for this thesis.In this paper, China Mobile Yangzhou branch as the research object, through field surveys, benchmarking analysis, lessons learned and other means to move the status quo China Yangzhou branch employee career management conducted in-depth analysis and research.
