All the human resources of the enterprise is important guarantee for enterprises to realize the sustainable development in the era of knowledge economy. Therefore, it becomes an important issue on managing talents for enterprises that effectively gathering outstanding staffs, fostering sustainable developing staff and fully stimulating the potential of existing staff.On the basis of the career theories, this paper discusses the present situation of the current management of the Mobile Corporation in Shanxi. Based on 118 questionnaires, 114 valid questionnaires were recovered, and the data were analyzed by using SPSS software. There are some questions during the career management in Shanxi Mobile Corporation that there was a lack of professional management training; staff career promotion channel is single, development space is narrow; performance management and compensation management incentive effect is not obvious; exit mechanism is not perfect, which would lead to a lack of energy, staff promotion channel blockage and other issues. The main reason is that the main demand and the value of the staffs have changed with the company’s transformation and development strategy. The previous employee career management model has not applied to the current company’s development strategy.In view of the problems existing in the management of Shanxi Mobile Corporation staff, this paper puts forward to some solutions including the establishment of the "H" channel, expanding the staff career development channel, strengthening the staff career development and training, improving the professional management mechanism, perfecting the management of the system, improving the comprehensive evaluation system, implementing the relevant security measures and implementing suggestions based on the career management theory.The optimization scheme proposed in this paper has been implemented in Shanxi Mobile Corporation. The latest survey data ensures the accuracy of the research results, which have a reference to the management of the communication industry in Shanxi province.
