Research On Party Building Work In State-Owned Enterprises In The New Period

State-owned enterprises under the leadership of the party is an important pillar of building a socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics,is an important manifestation of public ownership as the mainstay of the socialist economic base is an important material basis for the ruling Communist Party of China.Ruling party building is a systematic project,the state-owned enterprises work of party building as an important part of the party building,not only related to the reform and development as the central link in economic reform of state-owned enterprises,but also to consolidate the party's ruling status,improving the party ruling ability of great significance,but with the continuous development of market economy,and at this stage the deepening of reform of state-owned enterprises,the new changes will inevitably occur,new contradictions and new problems,reform and development of China is also facing a series of new tasks,new situations and new issues.In the new era,how to do state-owned enterprises work of party building,it is placed in front of the state-owned enterprise workers,party building a theoretical issue,but also a practical issue.This paper from the status of state-owned enterprise party building work to proceed,using the methods of theoretical analysis and comparative analysis,focusing on the state-owned enterprises work of party building under the new situation in the problems of reform and improve the Party building work put forward some suggestions.This paper is divided into four parts.Introduction describes the background and current status of research studies;the first part introduces the work of party building and related theoretical basis;the second part describes the relevant meaning,objectives and policies and principles for state-owned enterprises party building work;the third part analyzes the present stage of state-owned Party Construction problems;the fourth part third part of the state-owned enterprise party building work problems from different aspects of thinking and put forward countermeasures.
