Research On The Strategy Of Agricultural Modernization In Fuling District Of Chongqing

Fuling district is a strong industrial zone,it is also a typical mountain agricultural region which is renowned be the mustard township in China.The contradiction between urban and rural in Fuling is also more prominent.The construction of national modern agricultural demonstration area in Fuling will promote the industrial level,the rural reform and the realization of“three areas of a city,happy Fuling”.In this paper,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats(SWOT)of agricultural modernization in Fuling are analyzed.There are advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges in Fuling agricultural modernization.Fuling district is a comprehensive transportation hub and hub port,it has a excellent geographical environment,a good economic foundation,several famous agricultural brand and many outstanding scientific and technological achievements in agriculture.However,due to the lack of understanding of agricultural modernization and the long-term impact of the two elements system of urban and rural areas,the development of agricultural modernization in Fuling is lagging behind.The National policies and the functional region division in Chongqing bring a golden opportunity to agricultural modernization in Fuling,which also face some challenges,e.g.,the public services is weak,the upgrading awareness of agricultural industry is not strong,and the innovation driven capacity is insufficient.To solve the problems and meet the challenges,we should find the way to promote the development of urban and rural areas,the industrialization of agriculture,industrialization and modernization quickly.The acceleration of the development of agricultural industrialization,industrialization is a way out.The promotion of the agricultural industrial structure of Fuling strategic adjustment is the means to make good use of the two type resources.The construction of a modern agricultural demonstration area is a breakthrough.Internet plus agricultural industrialization is a new growth point.Through a series of reform and innovation,Fuling will get the endogenous power and form a force to accelerate the agriculture modernization.For promoting agricultural modernization in Fuling,we still need to accelerate the construction of national modern agricultural demonstration zone for the lead,use the modernization of agricultural industry as the main means,make the agricultural modernization as the goal,reform and innovation as the driving force.Fuling needs to take the initiative to adapt to the new normal economic development based on the current strong foundation,focus on promoting reform,and accelerate the transformation of agricultural development mode.
