Study On The Status And Countermeasures Of Planting Industry Development Of Fuling District In Chongqing

In recent years,Fu Ling district has been taking Prosperity of Industry,Wealth of Peasants,Beauty of Ecology as its goal,and focuses on Side Supply strategy.Fu Ling is working on accelerating the transformation of regional agricultural production mode and is trying to optimize the agricultural production structure,increase the output of agricultural products,and maintain the stable development of agricultural production.With the increasing popularity of Fu Ling Zha Cai and Fu Ling Red Inside Turnip and other industries,the planting industry development level in Fu Ling area has been improved day by day and achieved unprecedented development.This paper takes the development of planting industry in Fu Ling district as its research subject and studies the current status of the development of plant industry in the area through looking up the literature,implementing field investigation,consulting experts,and using statistical analysis.The analysis in this paper follows the method of rising questions,analyzing questions and solving questions.It studies the restrictions against the development of plant industry in Fu Ling District and offers localized countermeasure to improve the development using the SWOT analysis.It is of great significance to promote the benign development of planting industry,the increase of agricultural benefit,the optimization of agricultural product quality and the increase of farmers' economic income in Fu Ling District.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The natural conditions in Fu Ling District are superior,and it is suitable for the development of planting industry.The grain crops,vegetable crops and Chinese medicinal herbs in Fu Ling District has obvious regional advantages.In view of the development history of planting industry in Fu Ling District,the structure of planting industry in Fu Ling District has been continuously optimized and the cultivation ofmanagement team has been strengthened.The second and third industries in Fu Ling District have developed rapidly,and the economy strength is strong and it has the strength to promote agricultural development and the backbone of cities to support rural revitalization policy.The outcome of Fu Ling District agricultural product brand promotion is remarkable.It has created the Fu Ling District Zha Cai,Fu Ling District Qing Cai Tou and a batch of other national well-known brands.(2)The "2 + X" mountain characteristic industrial system is formed with Fu Ling Zha Zai and Chinese Medical materials as its main lead industries and with citrus,tea,longan and other follow-up as its backbone industries.However,there are still some problems in the planting industry,such as the weak agricultural foundation,the low scale of the follow-up backbone industry,the poor effect of science and technology promotion,the slow development of the processing of agricultural products,and the bad effect of the overall utilization of agricultural products brands.(3)The countermeasures of the planting industry optimization development are obtained through the SWOT analysis of the planting industry development in Fu Ling District.It's crucial to further optimize the industrial structure,steadily develop the two basic industries of grain and vegetables,and give full play to regional advantages to vigorously develop the two leading industries of Fu Ling Zha Cai and Chinese medicinal herbs in Fu Ling District,and also develop the regional characteristic industries such as citrus,tea,flue-cured tobacco and Longan according to local conditions.It's also important to improve agricultural infrastructure and increase the comprehensive productivity of crop production.In the meantime,local government should encourage the local team to develop and expand new types of farming operations,expand the scale of farming production,vigorously develop the processing of agricultural products,and promote the industrialization of farming operations.It is also required to intensify technological innovation in crop production,raise the level of agricultural science and technology,and effectively increase agricultural productivity and income of peasants.The management team should promote standardization in agriculture,strengthen supervision over the quality of agricultural products and research and development of agricultural products brands,and effectively increase the added value of planting industry.Last but not least,the localgovernment should improve the policy service system and increase the enthusiasm of the main operators in developing the crop production industry.
