Community Participation In Tourism Development Effect Evaluation

With the development of social economy,tourism has become a popular way of consumption,tourism became an important part of national economy.In promoting the local social and economic development,the tourism industry appeared a variety of negative effects.The stand or fall of community participation in tourism development,affect the harmonious development of local tourism.Involved in the tourism business community through tourism development,tourism industry can reduce the bad impression.Community participation in tourism development problems,has got the attention of many scholars,and has become an important field of many scholars study.The stand or fall of community participation in tourism development has become an important reference for the sustainable development of tourism can implement.Based on the sustainable development theory,stakeholder theory and enclave tourism theory,relying on the Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP),based on the empirical,a questionnaire survey and the interview way to the East Lake Scenic Area empirically the effects of community participation in tourism development research.By constructing the index system of assessment of community participation in tourism development effect,from top to bottom is divided into three target layer,in order to avoid the subjective evaluation of error,so the corresponding indicators for expert scoring method,ensure the conclusion has the scientific,eventually to the East Lake Scenic Area community participation effect obtained the quantitative index weight.Through the comparison of index weight,the analysis of the key indicators affecting the effects of community participation,and through the corresponding index weight is different,on the East Lake Scenic spot of the present situation of community participation in tourism management optimization Suggestions,the results showed that:East Lake Scenic Area has a lot of problems in the community participation in tourism development:1.The East Lake Scenic Area of community participation in tourism management at the primary stage,now more is given priority to with personal and family business,and small scale;2.The East Lake Scenic Area of community participation in the activity form is unitary,many supermarkets for the individual peasant food,life,etc.;3.The East Lake Scenic Area of community residents to participate in the degree is low,residents in the bottom of the work,not to participate in the formulation of tourism planning,project decision-making and the management of scenic spots.In community participation effect evaluation index model,the economic factor weighting is the largest,so economic income as the key elements affecting the effects of community participation,community participation in tourism management is currently the biggest effect is the increase of resident income.Accordingly,the East Lake Scenic Area,the author of this paper the problem of community participation and the proportion of quantitative indicators put forward optimization measures,specific as follows:1.The rich community participation activity form,must strengthen the residents between,between residents and enterprises,residents and cooperation between the scenic area management,rich in the form of community residents to participate in tourism activities;2.Improve the level of community residents' participation in tourism development,make the community residents to participate in the formulation of tourism planning,project decision-making and the management of scenic spots,improve the status of community participation in tourism development;3.The current economic factor is the most direct effect of community participation is best reflected,to increase the other indicators in the importance of tourism participation,promote the sustainable development of East Lake Scenic Area tourism.
