The Research Of Measurement Of Differences About Residents Living Welfare In The Process Of Residential Suburbanization In Wuhan City

With the high growth of social economy,real estate as the pillar industry of the national economy has been booming,especially 2015 years cut down five times in a row,for the real estate industry is a big positive,in wuhan city construction buildings everywhere.Due to the central city development of the land,and expensive,few developers selectivity is not big,therefore,developers have to choose the land in the suburb house,on the outskirts of new buildings can be seen everywhere.So many buildings in the development,not only the mapping of the property market hot,mapping the people’s voracious demand for housing,and mapping out of wuhan residential suburbanization phenomenon more and more prominent.At a certain stage of development of big cities will be entered into the phase of residential suburbanization,residential suburbanization can alleviate the pressure of the central city,dense population evacuated the town center to suburb,drive the suburban social and economic development,improve the urban land utilization,narrow the gap between cities and suburbs of dual structure,etc.But,in the process of residential suburbanization also appeared many problems,such as unreasonable planning,wanton expansion destruction of ecological environment in suburban commuter traffic is higher,traffic and imperfect infrastructure,these factors will be detrimental to the healthy development of the city,also does not favor the house orderly expansion to the suburbs.Paper starting from the center of the differences between urban area and suburbs,using qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to study the residential suburbanization in wuhan city residents living in the process of welfare differences.Based on reading a large number of domestic and foreign literature,this study on welfare,residential suburbanization,living and welfare is defined,selected according to the practical ability of the housing price,housing quality,natural environment,traffic conditions,surrounding facilities,social relations,the appreciation potential seven functional index;Second,through an online questionnaire and on-the-spot questionnaire survey questionnaire collected,through the analysis of variance research center in the city and suburbs in the seven dimensions of difference;Finally to the differences in the central city and the suburban area as a starting point,in view of the advantages and disadvantages of wuhan residential suburbanization exist,put forward the Suggestions to promote the development of residential suburbanization in wuhan city health.
