New Urbanization:residents' Welfare,Measurement And Impact

With the development of urbanization,more and more people enter the urban employment and life.To protect the people's livelihood has become an important part of the new urbanization.The construction of the residents' welfare in the new urbanization construction is an important embodiment of human core.On the basis of literature analysis,this paper first studies the concept,characteristics and content of the new urbanization and the level of the residents' welfare.Then from a theoretical point of view use the game method to study the cost、income and welfare of local government and the flow of population on the different policy environment.Again by factor analysis,from the Static and dynamic aspects Measure the level of welfare of the inhabitants of the cities in Jiangsu Province.And compare with the related indicators on process of Jiangsu.Research results show that(1)From the game analysis of the equilibrium solution to see,under the different policy environment,the behavior of government and the transfer of population selection there are also differences.If the government choice hindering policy,people tend to temporarily.On the other hand,when the government chooses to encourage sexual policy,the floating population tend to settle down as a citizen.(2)From the comprehensive score of the measure of the welfare of the residents in Jiangsu province in 2014,the regional characteristics of the residents' welfare level in Jiangsu province was obvious,and the welfare level of the residents in South of Jiangsu province was higher than that in Jiangsu and Northern Jiangsu.(3)From the static point of view,the level of residents' welfare and population net inflows in the same direction.High level of welfare of residents in southern Jiangsu net inflow of population and urbanization rate is higher than the low level of Northern residents' welfare.(4)From a dynamic point of view,the welfare level of urban residents will have a greater impact on whether people live in the community.And through Jiangsu province for nearly ten years of data show that the high level of welfare of the residents of South of Jiangsu region,the rate of urbanization is also relatively high,the low level of welfare of residents in Northern Jiangsu Province,its urbanization rate has lagged behind other regions.Finally,according to research findings,From the manner of performance appraisal reform,the implementation of regional development strategies and improve the overall welfare of the inhabitants of the three areas,put forward policy recommendations to promote people-centered new town construction of Jiangsu Province.
