The overall trend of the global economy, the integration is gradually deepened, enterprises are facing a more competitive situation, and the talent competition is the root. At present, many enterprises in our country still carry out the Salary that depends on the position, traditional salary system depends on the level of remuneration which decides from the position. In this system, employees want to a rise that depends on a few position of competition, a few channels, a few chance, that always loss fairness.Employees who do not have a higher position over a long period of time will dissatisfied and even lose the initiative and enthusiasm of the work, so that the enterprise may have a lot adverse effects. In order to mobilize the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the staff, the enterprise should try to optimize the traditional salary system with a newer salary theory,cut out a few parts of the company,build effective system,and raises the way to improve the remuneration and vocational development,which uses performance to encourage Salary system to expand the way of compensation and career development.This text takes S company as the research object by access information? personnel interview?questionnaire to Survey Salary system status,and then analyzes the causes of the problems, and then makes a research on the salary system which based on the advanced broadband Salary theory,which makes sure the salary system and fits for S company, After the optimization of the salary system, it is possible to expand the channels and ways to improve the performance of the staff, and improves the performance evaluation, so as to promote the satisfaction and loyalty to the company. It is also hoped the Research Optimize salary system,which can be a reference for other similar enterprises.
