The development and prosperity of enterprise depends on the joint effort of employees.To the vast majority of employees,the compensation is not the exclusive means of motivation,but the mechanism of "willingness" moving with "paying" is the very core module of the human resources management system.American Famous compensation expert Mirkovic once said:"Compensation plays a role of leadship support and revolution during the management of human resources system."CM is a professional food additives factory,despite the average 4-6%growth of the industry demand per year,there are also many factors threatening the survival and development of industry,such as overcapacity,the growing of labor costs,the increasing of the international friction,the environmental safety so on and so forth.Therefore,it's imperative for CM to upgrate and reform with new functional food additives,not just the catagory of product but also the service of the product.With the development of CM,the demand of various talents is rising as well,and it requires employees with high competency and comprehensive vocational capability.Furthermore,to build up the company's performance-oriented compensation system is of great importance too,which can stabilize the core team,attract and retain key talents,enhance the skillset and competencies of the working staff.Meanwhile the system helps CM to achieve the highest goal of improving corporate performance and achieve sustainable development.In this thesis,take CM as the study case,based on the combination of the company's development strategy and post analysis,the author focus on the research of optimizing the compensation system.This thesis consists of six chapters,Chapter one is for the introduction,Chapter two briefs the literature review,Chapter three analyzes the existing problems of the current compensation system and the reasons behind,via the means of salary satisfaction surveys,employee interviews and etc.Chapter four starts to discuss the design and development of new system on the basis of the studyfrom Chapter three.Chapter five proposes the insurance measure for the implementation of new compensation system.Chapter six summarizes the conclusion,highlights the insufficiency of the research,and sheds light on the direction of the future research.To study the compensation system,the author draws on the measures of observation,interviews,questionnaires and document retrieval.Through the introduction of "Total compensation" concept,CM compensation system leads to be more complete,specified and rational.By the principle of post value analysis,CM tries to build a performance-oriented "local broadband","job wages" to dispute the problem of internal fairness.The compensation system optimization study leads to complete the company's standardized compensation management and promote the company's development.
