The small and medium-sized private enterprises play an important role in China’seconomic development. However, they are facing a grim situation and there are lots ofunprecedented challenges.The crisis will also bring opportunities and promote innovation. They must trytheir best to realize the scientific and standardize management, especially in thehuman resource management, among which compensation management is extremelyimportant.In this paper, we focus on the small and medium-sized private enterprisecompensation management, which is typical and representative, and hope that we canprovide a model for other small and medium-sized private enterprises with similarproblems through this study. This study is designed to guide the small and mediumsized private enterprises to examine their problems in human resource management,in particular the problems in compensation management, and implement a morescientific and standardized management with the problem-oriented thinking and thehuman resource management theory and tools.In chapter I is the introduction of the background, significance, content andmethodology of this dissertation; Chapter II is relevant theories and researches review;Chapter III describes the current situation and existing problems of Company A, andmaking an deep analysis of the problems; Chapter IV introduces the compensationsystem construction principles and design process for company A; Chapter V is aboutthe implementation process and the measures for the implementation for the newcompensation system of Company A. Chapter VI makes an conclusion.
