Risk Control In Project Management Of Dongqi Turbine Division

This paper mainly studies and discusses the risk in project management of the business division and risk control scheme is put forward.This paper starts from the relevant theoretical knowledge of risk, and lists the relevant researches and literature at home and abroad. Then this paper analyzes of 3 stages including 9 processes and four key elements of the project management of the Dongfang Turbine divisions, and identifies the risk, the risk types and the causes of risk. Finally, according to the theory knowledge of risk control, the practical and effective methods to respond and control the risk of the 9 stages and four key elements is proposed, and the methods including both the macro policy leading to the developing direction of the department, and the micro control to the project management. These methods can effectively reduce the risk occurrence probability, and reduce the risk of loss. It is show that the department should pay attention to risk identification and risk control to improve business efficiency and competitiveness and to ensure the long-term stable development in the fierce market environment.
