Research On Risk Management Of Project Loan Business Of Jiangxi Bank XY Branch

With the continuous promotion of the urban construction level and the continuous and prosperous development of the market economy,the proportion of project loans in commercial banks is increasing,the types and scope of project loans are expanding,and the degree of overall project loan risk is also increasing.How to do a good job of business risk management and improve the quality of business services has become a gold medal.One of the most important topics in the melting world.This paper studies the loan business of the Bank of Jiangxi XY branch,analyzes the risk of the XY branch project loan business of the Bank of Jiangxi,and puts forward the risk management countermeasures of the bank project loan business.The research found that the risk management ability of the project loan business is relatively weak compared with the international well-known bank for the reason of the institutional and historical reasons,and the project loan risk management system has loopholes in the project loan risk management system,so that the project loan risk events occur frequently.The XY branch of the Bank of Jiangxi has found that the risk management of the project loan business is relatively weak.From the two aspects of the bank,the paper puts forward the risk management suggestions on the project loan business of the Bank of Jiangxi XY branch,including the improvement of the staff quality,the improvement of the means of risk assessment,the dynamic monitoring of the fond flow to the project loan and the improvement of the "three check" system,and emphasizes that the risk management must be tight with the bank,the enterprise and the government.Close cooperation can improve the risk problems caused by information asymmetry,and hope to provide a theoretical reference for the improvement of the management level of the loan business of the Bank of Jiangxi branch of the Bank of Jiangxi.
