Nowadays, more and more appearance of dual-earner families in society, which contributes to the employees' more and more contradiction between work and family, this kind of contradiction on both work and home can produce adverse effects on work and family. For this the phenomenon can produce so bad influence that it has obtained the widespread attention of the academic and the business. The number of predecessors on the research of the relationship between work and family is very large, and with the development of our studying, scholars proposed family-friendly working practice(Family Friendly Work Practices, FFWP) can help employees to balance the relationships of work and family, and this relationship can make the employees benefits from work and family. However, most of the studies pay more attention to the direct output of FFWP to the individual or organization effect, such as job satisfaction, performance and organizational commitment and so on, but for how FFWP influence employees' output is still unknown.This study insisites on that improving the employees' satisfaction is the most effective way of helping the enterprise obtain the talent competition advantage, and psychological capital(Psychological Capital, PC) influences the employees' state of positive psychological, it can be improved through the measures which can be taken by the enterprise, then to improve the employees' satisfaction. Exists in the enterprise, the employee must have exchange with the leaders which called leader member Exchange(Lead- Member Exchange, LMX), and this kind of Exchange including material and spiritual Exchange, at the same time, the Exchange have the difference of high quality and low quality which will affect the leaders conduct FFWP, and then produce different influence on employee's PC. This research attempts to investigate whether the FFWP through PC affect employee job satisfaction, and whether the moderating effects of LMX in FFWP and PC exists.The theoretical significance of this study is that can enrich the theoretical research for the variables, practical significance is to make a reference for the enterprise to help the employees' to deal with the relationship between work and families.In design, the main innovation point of this study is to adopt the mature questionnaire and modify it on the basis of combining the situation of China, then, develop the questionnaire for four variables of this research. In addition, to explore the inner mechanism of FFWP to job satisfaction, the introduction of the PC as a intervening variable, LMX as regulating variable, Meanwhile, it will study the relationship between FFWP's dimension and PC's dimension, which can make us learn the interaction relationship more thoroughly.This research mainly adopts questionnaire survey, and collect the data through the network and on-site collect. This study has issued a total of 450 questionnaires, recycling effective questionnaire 289 copies. And this research through the variance analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis and other analysis method to the study of hypothesis test, the results showed that: Firstly, the family-friendly working practice and its dimensions were positively correlated with job satisfaction. Secondly, psychological capital moderates family-friendly working practices and job satisfaction, also PC moderates FFWP's dimensions and job satisfaction. Thirdly, psychological capital and its dimensions moderate family-friendly working practice and job satisfaction. Finally, Leader-member exchange mediates the relationship between family friendly work practice, flexibility and job satisfaction.
