Now there are lots of researches of organizational citizenship behavior, but they still are not clear out what infect the relationship between the psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior. This paper is focusing on the employees, basing on the leader-member exchange, psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior of employees and find out the relationship among the three variables. As the Luthans’theory, confirm and find out the "positive emotion" which can lead the psychological capital to infect people’s behaviors. And it can provide some basis for expanding and improving employees’ organizational citizenship behavior. So the objective is To explore the relationship among leader-member exchange, psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior in employees of the companies.Methods:376employees who were randomly choosed in Hunan and Shandong evaluated with the LMX scale which was established by Liden&Maslyn, PCQ-24which was established by Luthans et al and OCB scale which was developed by Shanshan Li.Results:First, the degree of leader-member exchange, psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior of employees has significant differences on demographic variables such as age, enterprise ownership, enterprise size and so on. Second, there was significantly positive correlation among the three variables. Third, psychological capital’s all dimensionalities could be the predictors of organizational citizenship behavior; leader-member exchange’s contribution and professional respect could be the predictors of organizational citizenship behavior; psychological capital’s hope and optimism can be the predictors of organizational citizenship behavior. Fourth, leader-member exchange partly played a role of mediator between psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior.Conclusion:There may be difference between age, enterprise ownership, enterprise size and so on in leader-member exchange, psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior’s some dimensionalities. The higher leader-member exchange and psychological capital will more likely lead to higher organizational citizenship behavior; the higher psychological capital will more likely lead to higher leader-member exchange. The influence for the organizational citizenship behavior from psychological capital is partly mediated by leader-member exchange.
