Work and family are important domains in our daily life. Dealing well with work and family domais contributes to the improvement of organizational effiency, individual happiness and harmonious development of society. A growing body of research has explored the intersection of work and family domains. Despite research has been dominated by the analysis of work-family conflict, a positive perspective has emerged in line with positive psychology-work-family facilitation.The existing research about work-family facilitation mainly concentrates on individual factors.And leader-member exchange as one of conditional factors provides a special viewpoint to explore how the differences between supervisor and their surbodinates affect work-family facilitation. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to reveal the mechanism of leader-member exchange influence work-family facilitation, and further analyzes the moderating effects of work-family segmentation.This paper firstly sorted out the existing literature of leader-member exchange, job embeddedness, work-home segmentation and work-family facilitation, and formed the research framework, based on the social exchange theory,conservation of resource theory and work/family boundary theory.Secondly, this paper focused on the mechanism of how LMX affected on work?family facilitation and family? work facilitation, the moderation effect of perception of work-home segmentation and the mediation effect of job embeddedness. And then we put forward the hypotheses and research model. Thirdly, this paper obtained the formal questionnaire through compiling and modifying the questionnaire, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. Finally, the tests of the reliability, validity, variance, correlation and hierarchical regression has been used to validate the hypotheses and build the research model. Research result shows that various individual and enterprise factors differently affect on LMX, job embeddedness, work-home segmentation and work-family facilitation. LMX has a significant and positive influence on work-family facilitation, and job embeddedness. Job embeddedness has a mediating effect on LMX and work-family facilitation. Perception of work-home segmentation has a moderating effect on job embeddedness and work family facilitation, which attenuate the positive effect of job embededness and work family facilitation.Finally, according to the results of empirical research, the paper puts forward several managerial suggestions:Firstly, in aspect of leadership behavior shaping, leaders should establish good working relationships with subordinates. Secondly, it is necessary for managers to help employees balance their work and family relations. Thirdly, in order to improve the level of job embeddedness for employees,it's important for companies to build embedded working eviroment.
