With the development of management theory and practice, people begin to realize the harm of counterproductive work behavior(CWB)to the organization.Previous studies have shown that leader-member exchange(LMX)can affect employees' counterproductive work behavior. However, the research on its specific mechanism is not comprehensive, and most of them focus on the organizational level. This paper tries to explore the influence mechanism of LMX on CWB from the perspective of individual level,so as to enrich the research in this field.Through the combing of the existing literature, this paper puts forward the corresponding research hypothesis, and builds the research model according to the hypothesis. In order to obtain the research data, this paper selects the classical scale which is widely used abroad, and has done a small sample test. After the questionnaire was proved feasible,a greater range of distribution was carried out,and 300 valid samples were recovered.Then,SPSS19,AMOS21 and other statistical software were used to analyze the samples, including reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis,ANOVA,correlation analysis, regression analysis and mediation effect test.Data analysis showed that, both contribution dimension of LMX and Perceived insider status can negatively predict CWB;Loyalty and professional respect of LMX have positive predictive effect on perceived insider status; And Perceived insider status plays a complete intermediary effect between LMX and CWB.Management Suggestions is based on the results. This paper's conclusion is similar to "Z" theory. This means it is possible to make cross cultural research about humanistic thought. Both this paper and "Z" theory make human being first. And all the research of this paper is based on people-oriented thought.
