Advancement of the era of knowledge economy, knowledge has become an important element of production and strategic assets of the enterprise. Software enterprise as a typical knowledge intensive enterprises, to gain a competitive advantage are closely related to their knowledge acquisition, sharing, application and innovation ability. In the daily operation of software enterprises complicated system of knowledge may be produced, from similar to the demand analysis of this highly organized, structured, explicit knowledge, to similar to trick the unstructured programming experience, tacit knowledge is difficult to express. This knowledge has some characteristics, such as the identification and acquisition complex, nonlinear, high degree of invisibility, knowledge flow and business processes are highly correlated with people. The business of software enterprise needs to coordinate different resources, different roles in the project under the framework of task executors of cooperation, it is a kind of complex cooperative scenario. Knowledge throughout the entire business process and the circulation of the project team collaboration, putting forward some new requirements for knowledge management of software enterprise, for example, should be highly collaborative with IT project management, need to pay more attention to human factors, knowledge demand for business can be fast responsed etc.Through the analysis of the current situation of knowledge management of software enterprise knowledge management under the traditional mode, there are many problems, such as a separation of knowledge management and business process management, the lack of development and utilization of tacit knowledge, difficult to meet the personalized knowledge demand of employees, lack of knowledge reuse in business process. In view of this, the introduction of collaborative management software enterprise is necessary, to construct a set of collaborative knowledge management platform can promote business process management and knowledge management collaborative, and the collaboration of business, knowledge and people, and provides a comprehensive solution for the management of tacit knowledge.This paper summarized the current research at home and abroad related to the topic, found the research gap, based on the study of collaborative process of collaborative knowledge flow of software enterprise knowledge management and business process, having built a collaborative knowledge management platform. Firstly, refining the character of software enterprise, knowledge classification and the requirements of software enterprise knowledge management, analyzes the five problems in software enterprise knowledge management at present, analyzes the necessity of introducing collaborative knowledge management, and then analyzes the software enterprise knowledge activities, improve the current process of knowledge flow model for the collaboration of business, knowledge and people. Based on this model, a collaborative process of knowledge flow model for software enterprise is proposed. Taking this as the breakthrough point and problem oriented, the conceptual model and the overall architecture of the collaborative knowledge management platform for software enterprises has been put forward. Then paper analyzes respectively the key technologies of the platform such as the structure model and operation mechanism of knowledge flow engine, Situational knowledge recommendation, management of tacit knowledge. Finally, an application example analysis the application of collaborative knowledge management platform in the ZM software company, to provide practical support for the above research.
