The development of global economic integration increases dependence between enterprises,the competition is shifting between chains, groups and group, the ecosystem. The coming ofknowledge economy makes knowledge innovation become the core activities of enterprises, soenterprises need to improve the efficiency of knowledge innovation to adapt to the changing marketenvironment. But when confronted wtih large-scale, fast knowledge innovation of interactions inexternal dynamic environment, enterprises often appear to be unable to respond to the needs of themarket with knowledge gap. Customers’ knowledge are untraceable, enterprises need a new kind ofcross-enterprise knowledge sharing and cooperation innovation research method. Knowledgecollaboration helps to integrate internal and external knowledge resources, to realize fast knowledgeinnovation.This paper makes a study of the influence of enterprise internal and external relationshipsnetwork structure on the knowledge collaboration, comparing the emergence of knowledgecollaboration effect of the different network structures. According to the research problem, thispaper uses the complex network analysis method to enterprise knowledge collaboration processmodeling, and enterprise and external partners are abstracted as nodes, knowledge collaborationeffect partners got as nodes’ weight, the collaboration relations as sides, forming an enterpriseknowledge collabortaion network. Specific modeling is divided into three steps: At the first step, theenterprise knowledge collabortaion network node is defined; At the second step, knowledge agentcollaborative behavior strategy is proposed, which is from the extended Cowan interactiveknowledge rules (factors from knowledge agent and knowledge itself, such as forgotten factor, thetime value of knowledge, etc are added to the Cowan rules), and knowledge coordination effect isquantified for node weighting, and five kinds of behavior strategies are pointed out; At the third step,network update rules are made, according to the constraint rule which determines collaborationnode, and the goal rule which decides whether to update the network structure by the game results.In this paper, an computer simulation of knowledge collaboration effect of knowledgecollaboration network and the other two kinds of classic complex network constructing algorithms(small world and scale-free network constructing algorithm) on the knowledge intensive serviceenterprise background, based on the Swarm simulation platform. According to the simulation results,several management advices are proposed: enterprises should encourage customer involvement andknowledge innovation, take more attention to internal and external knowledge communicationrelationships, train interior staff, in order to help enterprises get a competitive advantage in the network, to gain a better knowledge benefit. Finally this paper analyzes the limitations and thedeficiency of the research model, and puts forward the future direction of the research to continue.
