Production logistics is an important subsystem In the production system. AS customer needs diversify, many manufacturing companies will develop to many varieties of small quantities of JIT production. Under JIT production, production logistics management level will have a great impact on the performance of the entire production system, and with the growth of the market, manufacturing enterprises must continually optimize their production and logistics processes to meet customer demand. In this context, we can simulate the production logistics system, seeking its bottleneck process, which made optimization program to improve production efficiency.In this paper, F car seat company, for example, by studying its production and logistics situation, I raised four questions arise production logistics process. Then, I would solve these problems in two hands. First, establish their production logistics system concept model. On this basis, by collecting data from multiple variables, the establish production logistics system simulation model. Then by running the simulation model and outputting statistics found out the bottleneck of the entire production system performance in the process, and then though TOC theory, increasing investment to the bottleneck, and improving the bottleneck process, to enhance the production effective. Second, to establish JIT safety inventory model, balancing out costs, credit punishment costs and warehousing costs to optimize the total supply chain costs and reduce the risk of JIT production. This paper proposes the establishment of production logistics system simulation model steps based on F Company assembly plant By running the model, find the assembly shop of the "bottleneck" process, according to the TOC theory, optimizing production and logistics system. Running the program, making the assembly line production tasks time reduced 12.26%. This paper also proposes an improved method for the simulation model in order to further enhance the true extent of the simulation model, and improve the anti-risk ability of the model and present an optimization method for manufacturing enterprises.By using the analytical model, we can find the bottleneck. But Flexsim simulation can show the form of intuitive 3D animation operation of the system, Flexsim can complete a model though some simple steps. The analytical model requires a strong mathematical basis and requires a lot of hypothetical ideal conditions, has been difficult to meet the actual demand. This paper is based on the actual situation of the F company and its simulation model and analytical model does not take into account certain extreme environments, in future studies, it should be added to trigger logical extreme environments, has increased usefulness of the simulation model. |
