With the rapid development of automobile industry,the rational allocation of internal logistics resources will help to improve the efficiency of production operation and coordinate the relationship between logistics system and production system.At the same time,the research of theoretical research and related technologies in the field of production logistics also provide theoretical and technical support for manufacturing enterprises to optimize the production logistics system of factory workshops.In manufacturing enterprises,the waste of production logistics is the most important waste of all resources wasted in the production process.The optimization of enterprise production logistics can improve the production efficiency of the enterprise itself,so as to increase the operating profit of the enterprise and better adapt to the changes in the market.Based on the research of Y manufacturing enterprise workshop production logistics,on the basis of using the Flexsim simulation software to find the Y enterprise production logistics bottleneck assignment at present,are a series of optimization scheme for the problem,First of all,on the bottleneck assignment using the theory of modern logistics management in production logistics management mode to make the corresponding change and optimization,and then to the workshop facility layout is not reasonable place is optimized by applying the method of SLP,reduce material handling distance.The analysis method of classical industrial engineering is used to optimize the bottleneck position,reduce unnecessary operation and unnecessary actions,so as to reduce the purpose of the beat.Finally,through the simulation of Flexsim,this paper compares and evaluates the model before and after optimization,and gives feasible Suggestions based on the actual situation of Y enterprise.
