Airport High-performance Security Check Team Building Research

Current security management system carries on management reform of1992. With Chinese airport management system reform based on local government, theaviation security department of airport was managed by local government. Fundamentalchanges were reflected in the organization model.In addition, currently, with rampant terrorist activities of international and domestic, theChinese society situation has been severe. Facing the increased terrorist crisis, from HotanAirport attempted hijacking incident, the terrorist methods of crime is intelligent, concealed,organized. Air defense security situation will be more severe and complex, with increasedterrorist defense pressure.It has been proved that air defense security must rely on the security check on the ground.The security check is the lifeline of the civil aviation air defense security, maintaining socialharmony and stability. Therefore, building high-performance security team is prior to theother security works.
