In recent years,high-tech industry has become a huge force to promote world economic development and comprehensive national strength important measure,the rapid development of high-tech enterprises,and gradually shows its unique technology derived from the creativity and great impetus,making enterprises in the growth process is different from other types of enterprises showed vitality.It's all thanks to high-tech enterprises of the corporate culture,organizational structure,and composition of the team management,thanks to the advantages of the new technological revolution and production methods.In the high-tech enterprises,the work is often assigned by a complete teams,teamwork is the most common mode team played a great synergy,can significantly improve the performance of the team,improve the core competitiveness of enterprises,increase market share and customer satisfaction.In this paper,human resource management and organizational behavior theory of DQ's efficient team building were analyzed.Paper includes introduction,body and conclusion.Body divided into three parts: The first part: from the basic concept to clarify the connotation of high-tech enterprises and high-performance teams,and summarizes the factors that influence high-performance team-building;the second part analyzes the company's high-performance team management DQ existing problems;the third part,for DQ's high-performance team management put forward reasonable suggestions,promote the upgrading of technological capabilities of enterprises in order to achieve long-term development of enterprises and employees.
