The rapid development of the economy and brand the increasingly fierce competition today, the bookstore business core is insight into the market, improve customer satisfaction, enterprises should pay more attention to satisfy the needs of customers and create a customer loyalty, in order to gain the long-term development and competitive advantage, therefore, customer satisfaction became bookstore is the fundamental criterion activities. Due to the bookstore in the development process, exist to win customer satisfaction and gain customer loyalty aspects of many problems. Therefore, how to bookstore feasible formulated to improve customer satisfaction is especially important.This paper introduced in theory brand, customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction assessment theory, customer satisfaction investigation, the theory and methods of consumer behavior and discussed the customer marketing strategies and customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction, the relationship between the for marketing strategy formulation laid a theoretical foundation.Based on the practice, ChangSha xinhua bookstore seizing on the key problems of the customer satisfaction through large amount of space to use mature customer satisfaction assessment system to ChangSha xinhua bookstore customer satisfaction to carry on the investigation, and made an empirical analysis and verification, for marketing strategy formulation laid the practice foundation. Finally, construct the new marketing strategy to help improve customer satisfaction,according to the theory and practice method combining.
