| After reform and open, China's book industry has achieved rapid development, the number of book distribution channels are more than before. State-owned bookstores, private bookstores, online bookstore, foreign bookstores, publisher-sales business are all competing for development. The market structure which is networked is becoming more complex, the market competition is more fiercely. Hubei Province Xinhua Bookstore is the oldest state-owned enterprises in Hubei book market, because it did not pay much attention to marketing, purchasing, new technology which are the most important things in the company before,and now the circumstance is to be changed, we have no idea about the future.This thesis takes the Hubei Xinhua Bookstore as an object of research. First, it analyses the business structure, points out that developing general books is a very important strategic for bookstore. Then it refers to the strategies which other Xinhua Bookstores have selected, and elucidates that how to improve management to make books business better. It has analyzed the marketing, supplier relationship management, information technology, logistics. It points out several problems in company, and carries out that a high-efficiency management is the base for business development. It suggests that restructuring company's organization and business marketing innovation can be the foundation for development, it also carries out that supplier relationship management and a powerful ERP system and logistics strategy can get the company better. This thesis is designed to provide a model for book enterprise reform. |
