A Software Design For A Multi-functional Teaching Assistant System

With the rapid development of computer network technology,information and digital applications in various fields are becoming more and more popular.The category of information digitalization in Colleges and universities is mainly in the field of educational administration,but the research results and practical progress in the teaching mode are not obvious.And these business requirements are also indispensable for digital information campus.This subject has developed a multi-function teaching assistant system based on the information management of college attendance,quiz and peer review.The hardware part includes wireless fingerprint handheld terminal and interactive handwriting board,which is the foundation of the whole teaching assistant system.Fingerprint handheld terminal consists of STM32,optical fingerprint sensor and expansion device.The computer software part uses the object-oriented programming thought,uses the C++ language and the Qt framework under the Windows environment,and MySQL as the database storage background information.Students do not need to take a separate time for attendance,and teachers write random books by writing interactive handwritten books to avoid blackboard teaching.The students log in to the auxiliary system and answer the questions.The teacher can send the examination papers under the random test papers or manual papers according to the knowledge points.The teacher can read the examination papers on line,and save the results in the teacher’s computer database to help the teachers to analyze the teaching effect and record the results at the end of the term.The system uses the technical means and advantages of network information to expand and optimize the traditional teaching mode,which not only improves the teaching efficiency of teachers,energy saving and consumption reduction.It has important significance and reference value for improving campus service system and improving teaching quality.
