With the rapid development of economy,the importance of highway is becoming more and more important,the highway is not only necessary infrastructure for economic development,but also an effective driving force for social progress,at the same time,the social demand of freeway is increasing gradually,therefore,it is a key problem in today's society to slow down the traffic pressure of the expressway and improve the operation efficiency.The emergence of Electronic Toll Collection(ETC)has effectively solved the above problems.With the extensive promotion and use of ETC,the frequent failure of ETC equipment has become an unstable factor in the efficient management and operation of expressway.For ETC equipment management problems,this paper designed the ETC bayonet state management system based on GIS,the system has realized many functions including monitoring the ETC,providing fault information,tracking ETC and so on,formed from a complete information chain of condition monitoring and fault solution,it enables the staff to find the ETC jam in time and report to the maintenance staff to effectively and accurately solve the problems of the ETC,to ensure the efficient operation of highway system.In this paper,the function of GIS is implemented through the JavaScript API to assist users to view and manage the highway network and test plan.This paper mainly focuses on the software design of the ETC bayonet state management system,firstly,the application and development status of ETC are introduced,and Both of the main technology of ETC and the related technologies of software development are introduced in detail from the design principle,secondly,according to the demand analysis,the business process of each module of the system is designed,finally,the detailed design and implementation of the whole system is realizedby utilizing Javaweb related technologies.By the pertinent test for software testing and comparative data analysis shows that the system conforms to the highway system of the ETC bayonet fault tracking,maintenance,management,and other requirements,and the system also has good performance,reasonable design,innovation and practicability,it can be widely used in the highway management system.
