P2P technology in live video streaming application has caused significant attention. P2P live systems are proprietary covert, so there is little knowledge of the structure and behavior. In view of great potential of mesh network and video sharing service, understanding the basic principles and design limitations has a very good reference of the future system design. Measurement and analysis of P2P live video streaming systems are very important core in the mesh network. This article is the investigation of structure of P2P live video streams in the real Internet settings. In view of different system models and settings, we through a control measure to simulate real-world network conditions. Comparisons between different P2P streaming media system on the one hand, on the other hand is a comparison of a single P2P stream media system in particular network scenario. And on this basis, this article proposed a delay-reduce optimization strategy having certain significance. The main contributions of this paper are listed as follows:1. A new measurement framework of video quality of P2P live video streaming system has been proposed.Using traffic-shaping mechanism to measure internal structure and behavior of algorithm and protocols in different network situations. Through new video quality test indices, we understood live video stream regulation mechanism under peers'high dynamic and stochastic behaviors, and got specific instructions of each P2P streaming media systems. This ensured better measurement equity.2. The centralized system merits that optimized video transmission has been proposed. This involves usersides in different regions that represents very different network environment settings. From spatio-temporal perspective, we made dynamic analysis on the behavior of peers. The effect to the Internet of services provided by P2P live video streaming systems has been received. P2P live video streaming systems critical network decisions mechanisms have been reached.3. A minimum delay grid overlay based PPBR adaptive distributed mechanism has been proposed. Through a certain flow rate requirements on the basis of network "PPBR" concept, peers select parents. Optimized algorithm is significantly better than traditional methods. This Significantly reduced grid delays and server load, overcame the instability of the user dither and disorders of asymmetric different uplink bandwidth.
