With the development of broadcasting and television networks in the direction of two-way interaction and cross-interaction,in order to provide users with more abundant broadband services and interactive video-on-demand services,the broadcasting and television network has carried out fiber-to-the-home(FTTH)access technologies.With the two-way transformation,FTTH user access equipment and two-way services are rapidly increasing.In the process,a series of problems caused by the lack of FTTH service support systems are exposed.For example,the user base is huge,the number of devices is high,and the equipment brand is Models and other complicated.As a result,O&M personnel have excessive pressure,long installation time,and low customer satisfaction.In response to the problems faced in the process of FTTH service opening,this article has designed a radio and television network FTTH service automatic opening system.The system realizes the automatic discovery and automatic configuration of new access devices during the installation of user equipments,the automatic management of terminal services and automatic registration,and the implementation of optical line terminal(OLT)and user-side optical network units.(ONU)functions such as information management.It saves human resources,improves work efficiency,and enhances the user experience.This article focuses on the design and implementation of the FTTH service auto-opening system for radio and television networks.First,it analyzes the application and development status of FTTH services at home and abroad,and starts from the reality of Longjiang network,according to its network equipment and environment,to the overall system.The requirements were analyzed,the function of each module of the system was designed to be more business processes,and the system development was achieved through software programming.Through the comparison test and customer experience of the FTTH service automatic provisioning system and the original manual method configured and opened in this article,it can be concluded that this system meets the high-efficiency and fine-grained management requirements for the FTTH service opening of the radio and television network,and can be widely applied to radio and television in all provinces network company.
