According to recent year's data,it's not hard to find that the traditional books have shown signs of a turnaround.Children's books,in particular,suddenly rise for their interactivity and edutainment.R publishing company focuses on the novelty books for 0-14 year-old children.It has become a well-known domestic children's book brand after 10 years' development,which is attributed to a large number of foreign books R publishing company has introduced.However,the government now is encouraging self-owned copyrights books and restraining the number of authorized foreign book,together with the severe competition and large amount of advance when buying the foreign copyrights,R publishing company is now facing big challenges.How to break through the obstruction to achieve another breakthrough is a pending problem.Based on the review of the overall situation of Chinese children's book market in the year of 2016,this thesis first introduces the overall situation of R publishing company.And then sorts out and analyzes itself from two aspects:authorized foreign books and self-owned copyright book.By using business administration tools,the thesis puts forward R publishing company's current problems and challenges,gives solutions that might break the bottleneck.In the meantime,the thesis studies how to create excellent self-owned copyrights books.All these are of great importance to solve R publishing company's current problems and can be applied to the entire industry.
