Research On Design And Realization Of Health Information Center Basing On Cloud Service

In order to improve the quality and efficiency of medical service and reduce medical costs, regional health information construction which centering on health information sharing and business collaboration has already become a important issue at present.This paper aims to design a health information service centre,which integrates health information resources distributed in heterogeneous medical information systems, realizes information exchcange and business collaboration,support for decision-making of clinical medicine and administrative by analysis and mines data using intelligent technology, and provides a full health service to medical institutions and individual basing on cloud computing.First,base on the research of the technology of cloud computing and combined with the requirements of health information service, this paper designs the service center's logical components and their relations,and propose the architecture of health information center basing on cloud service. Second, make research on the solution to integrating health information resources distributed in heterogeneous medical information systems,health information service bus which is responsible for communications and the composition of components for intergrated servives are analyzed and designed,and then puts forward the design proposal for resources integration engine. Next, storage technology for health information cloud computing is researched and designed, which including the storage mode to meet the different data types,the solution to storage services for distributed resource basing on PIX and XDS techniques,and the design of Data Warehouse. Finally, the implementation and results of health information centre portal are given in this paper. The design of health information cloud service centre achieves cloud computing's applications in health information service,it takes advantage of the source-sharing capabilities of cloud computing to integrate the distributed and heterogeneous health resources,and carries out the health information Share-and-exchange and business collaboration of medical service.It plays a significant role in health informationization development.
