Research On The Influence Factors And Formation Mechanism Of Information Security Behavior Of Smartphone Users

With the development of mobile Internet,smartphones have become an indispensable part of people's daily life,and the number of smartphone users is also growing rapidly.As the mobile device that stores the most information,smartphones bring convenient services to users,but also bring a lot of information security risks.Technical improvement only work to a certain extent,and the weakest link in the information security chain is the user.The protection behavior of smartphone users to personal information can effectively reduce the information security risks they face.But in practical applications,users do not take appropriate information security behavior,resulting in frequent information disclosure problems.The purpose of this paper is to deeply study the influence factors and formation mechanism of information security behavior of smartphone users,to help smartphone users improve the ability of information security prevention,so as to better avoid information security risks in the era of information explosion.This paper uses grounded theory to identify the influence factors of smartphone users'information security behavior.Through analysis,we get five main categories:risk cognition,social influence factors,coping ability evaluation,perceived cost and information security behavior intention.Among them,risk cognitive factors include perceived susceptibility,perceived severity,perceived threat,and information security awareness;social factors include interpersonal factors,media factors,and subjective norms;coping assessment factors include perceived effectiveness,self-efficacy,and past experience.Based on the existing research and qualitative interview data,this paper constructs a theoretical model of the formation mechanism of information security behavior of smartphone users.Through the way of questionnaire to collect data,this paper use spss22.0 software to test the reliability and validity of the data,and use smartpls3.0 software to analyze model path and the regulatory effect of variables,to verify the mechanism of each influence factor on information security behavior.It is found that in the aspect of risk cognition,perceived susceptibility and perceived severity have positive effects on perceived threat;perceived threat and information security awareness have positive effects on the information security behavior intention of smartphone users.In the aspect of social factors,interpersonal factors and media factors have positive effects on the subjective norms of users,and subjective norms have positive effects on the information security behavior intention.In terms of coping ability evaluation,perceived effectiveness,self-efficacy and previous experience have a significant positive impact on information security behavior intention.Smartphone users' information security behavior intention has a significant positive impact on their information security behavior,and perceived cost plays a negative regulatory role between them.Finally,according to the research results,four suggestions are put forward to guide smartphone users to implement information security behaviors:first,improve the awareness of information security risks of smartphone users;second,create a good information security atmosphere;third,enhance the ability of smartphone users to respond to information security risks;fourth,reduce the cost of smartphone users to implement information security behavior.
