The rapid development of information technology has promoted the arrival of the"micro" era.The micro-lecture has been used in practical teaching,and the application of WeChat public platform in education has become a hot research topic.Through the review of the present situation of the application of micro-lecture and WeChat in the field of education,the author finds that the production of micro-lecture is gradually in the form but the utilization rate is low.The WeChat public platform has educational potential,but it is not always applied in lecture teaching.Through the investigation and interview of the students and teachers of 2015 in the education technical specialty of Luoyang Normal University,we can see that the teaching of computer operation courses is still in a traditional way of teaching,the enthusiasm of students is not high and the learning effect is not good.Based on the theory of constructivism learning,informal learning theory and instructional design theory,analyzes the elements of the micro lecture design and the advantages and disadvantages of the micro-course design model,And the micro-curriculum design model based on the micro-public platform,this paper has developed the series micro-course of "Flash Advanced Animation Production",and has carried on the empirical research to verify its positive effect on the student's learning effect The With the transmission characteristics of WeChat public platform,we can improve the utilization rate of micro lecture resources,and play the educational function of micro-public platform to promote students' informal learning and improve learning effect.First of all,this research summarizes the current situation of micro-lecture research and the application of WeChat in the field of education,summarizes the shortcomings of the current micro lecture application and the feasibility of applying WeChat public platform in education,and the theoretical basis and related was sort out the concept.Secondly,this study combines the existing literature research,sums up the types of micro classes,the elements,the production methods and so on,compares the existing micro lecture design patterns,analyzes their advantages and shortcomings,construct the micro lecture design pattern based on WeChat public platform,and elaborate its content and structure.Then,based on the micro lecture design pattern constructed by this study,the main function modules of "Luo Shi Flash" WeChat public number are designed with the pre-analysis of the learner's characteristics,teaching materials and learning environment.The development of "Flash animation" course "advanced animation production" series of micro classes,and micro-class resources,questionnaires,etc.uploaded to the micro-public platform.Finally,the level of knowledge and learning quality of the experimental subjects are measured.The knowledge level of the students is composed of classroom performance scores,test scores and works scores.The learning qualities include learning interest,operation skills,Classroom participation and summary of reflection four aspects.According to the results of the test,the two groups were divided into two groups:the experimental group and the control group.According to the progress of the course,the students in the experimental group pushed the micro lecture resources based on the WeChat public platform.After the experiment,the students in the experimental group and the control group were tested for the level of knowledge and learning quality respectively.We combine with the data collected by the statistical analysis,the students and teachers interview records and background data of WeChat public platform,obtaining the conclusion.The experimental conclusion of this study is that the micro lecture based on the WeChat public platform can promote the learners 'interest in learning,the improvement of the operation skills and the participation of classs,but the effect of the students'ability to reflect is not obvious;,but the impact on the overall academic performance is not large,in a certain effect.In general,the application of the micro lecture based on the WeChat public platform has a positive impact on the overall quality of the students.
