| Le Jia TV shopping channel has became the new way of shopping based on the fast,convenient and true sales mode.With the development of online shopping APP,the decrease of TV audience rating and the impact of landing channel,shopping market is more fierce.There is a question the Le Jia TV shopping channel must be solved about holding a tiny space in the fierce competition and improving the management mode to increase products' quality,promote service level and then expand business scope,maintain and increase profit.It is a positive action for enhancing quality of Le Jia TV shopping channel by using total quality management.The focus of this study is to deal with how to establish the quality system.The author formulate total quality management system of Le Jia TV shopping channel by studying the definition of total quality management,the way of operating of TV shopping channel,the mode of TV implementing total quality management,and discussing the objective and feasibility of establishing total quality management.The author had an internship in the TV channel on this basis.Knowing the taping way,products provided way,service way and so on,having an interview for stuffs and then integrating and discussing the content,the author made further formulation for total quality management due to the results of interview and confirmed concrete content in the end.The study construct a total quality management system for TV shopping channel by interdisciplinary way to promote quality,fill up the study blank,and provide experience for other medium. |
