With the rapid development of computer and biology,human beings want to create some life system from scratch,which can meet some requirements of human.Synthetic biology is an academic discipline that combines life science,computer science,engineering,physics and chemistry with many other disciplines.It aims to set up unnatural biological and genetic systems by designing and building new biological components,systems and equipment.As well as,it could realize the goals that controlling and processing biological progress through special reaction of signals,such as processing information,manufacturing material,generating energy,improving human's health and protecting environment.In this paper,we first introduced the research background,domestic and foreign research present situation and development trend of synthetic biology,as well as,stated the computer aided software GenoCAD used in the synthetic biology and artificial synthetic gene circuit principle and technology.What the most important is that proposing a way to deal with the large biological data and designing a genetic circuit model combined with the mechanism of biological regulation.In this paper,the detailed distributions were as follows:(1)In this article,we first carried on the detailed elaboration about the synthetic biology,while the synthetic gene circuit is belong to synthetic biology.Therefore,we discussed the research background and significance about synthetic biology,and described the research on the status quo and the trend of development for the subject in detail.Which permitting people see the good prospect,people not only have a probably understanding on the research of the synthetic gene circuit in synthetic biology,but also have more confidence for research on the path of gene circuit in the future.At the same time,it also introduced the synthetic biology software GenoCAD,which can help people to understand the process of synthetic biology combined with computer software.Next,we mainly summarized the development of the cell logic gates and the comparison with the computer logic gates,and explained the mechanism and principle of prokaryotes and eukaryotes gene expression regulation.Those have set the stage for the latter research so that readers could understand quickly when reading.The mechanism principle of biological regulation is the foundation of constructing synthetic genetic circuit,and the theoretical basis of the synthetic biology.(2)In this article,a new method to deal with the biological data from biological websites was proposed.Biological data mainly derived from the authoritative biological site biological.It was processed after obtaining,and then inputted with corresponding keyword format into the MySQL database.Finally it was analyzed and summarized through classifying and processing according to the biological significance of these basic elements.In fact,the data was of great theoretical and application value.This method combines the computer technology to deal with the biological data and puts a lot of redundant data processed into the most simple and the most information content of the data form,this method provides the researcher with the choice of material or the basis and reference for biological experiments.(3)A logical circuit that is designed based on a certain biological theory.In this circuit,synthetic genetic circuit model based on biological elements generated by using synthetic biology software GenoCAD according to a certain amount of variables and grammar.Putting the most efficient data into the synthetic biology software and using the biological components and biological regulation principle to synthesize the valuable genetic circuits.This idea provides a new direction for designing synthetic logic circuits of synthetic biology,and promotes the development of gene circuits.At the same time,the research of synthetic gene circuit is of great value for the future development of biological computer.At last,this article had mainly made a simple summary and outlook about this research topic.Looking forward to the research based on the synthetic biology would be more and more popular in the near future,and could be further applied in medicine,environment,energy,major disease diagnosis and many other fields.
